The CAGEA project is entering an important new phase. After the development of the Teacher’s Manual and the Learning Nuggets, the focus is now shifting towards implementation, practical use, and engagement with teachers and students. This marks a natural and essential progression in the project: from creating educational resources to integrating them into a wider learning environment that can support career guidance in everyday school practice.

The Learning Nuggets were designed as short videos to support teachers and students’ families on career guidance issues, taking into account the limited time many teachers have for training and preparation. Their content focuses on themes such as students’ self-knowledge, study options, and job market requirements, making them a practical and accessible educational format. The project also highlights that this audiovisual approach responds better to the preferences of the target groups, who increasingly value online and video-based learning resources.

At this stage, these already developed resources are becoming part of a broader educational ecosystem. The next major step is the CAGEA online educational platform, which will host the Manual and the Learning Nuggets and will also include activities and resources for teachers to use with students in the classroom. In this way, the project moves beyond standalone materials and towards a more complete and interactive support system for career guidance in secondary education.

This transition is especially significant because it shows that CAGEA is not only producing content, but also ensuring that the content is usable, accessible, and relevant in real educational contexts. The project aims to strengthen teachers in their guiding role while also helping students become active participants and decision-makers in planning their educational and professional future.

With the Learning Nuggets already in place, CAGEA is now building the structures that will allow these results to reach schools more effectively and generate stronger impact. This new stage is about turning developed outputs into meaningful educational practice.
