International cooperation is one of the strengths of every Erasmus+ project, and CAGEA was no exception in this regard. The second transnational project meeting, held in Spain, played an important role in the implementation of the project, as it provided an opportunity to review the work and achievements reached so far and to organise the next phase of activities.

According to the project plan, TPM2 was a key coordination moment for evaluating progress and planning the work of the following months in order to achieve the project objectives. Its importance went beyond formal project management, as it was directly linked to the next practical steps, especially the pilot phase, in which the target groups would test the developed project results.

This meeting was particularly significant because the project was moving from development to implementation. By the time TPM2 took place, the partnership had already worked on substantial outputs, including the Teacher’s Manual and the Learning Nuggets, and was advancing towards platform development and piloting. The meeting therefore served as a space for shared reflection, coordination, and decision-making, ensuring that all partners remained aligned on the next steps.

The results of TPM2 included meeting minutes, agreements, and clearly defined follow-up actions. While these may seem like standard project outputs, they were essential for keeping a collaborative international project focused and coherent. Strong coordination helped ensure that technical development, pedagogical planning, and pilot implementation all progressed in a connected and meaningful way.

By bringing partners together to review progress and prepare for the pilot stage, TPM2 in Spain contributed directly to the quality and effectiveness of the CAGEA project. It demonstrated how transnational cooperation supports not only exchange, but also the concrete advancement of project results.
