- Teachers recognize the value of career education, but many lack the tools, training, or time to implement it effectively.
- Parents care deeply about their children’s future, but feel left out of the conversation and under-informed.
One student summed it up perfectly: “I’m expected to make big decisions about my future—but no one really helps me.”
How the CAGEA Project Is Taking Action
The CAGEA project is more than a research effort—it’s a practical movement to make career education a natural part of school life, starting early and growing with the student.
